Once the company has recruited, interviewed and hired an employee, the company now embarks upon the process of developing them to their full potential. We should consider the development plan as an interviewing process as well. Generic plans are very powerful for prospects to view how you may develop an employee over time, yet the real key is after the hire takes place. We need a specific plan for each employee, and it should be based on their goals as well as the company needs. Development is the singular reason employees begin to grow in a culture and prosper.
