We have two basic options in installation, using a engineered approach, where we identify the application and create a specification individually on each job one at a time. The second option, is using a package approach and adding exceptions, what we call the 80/20 approach. Meaning we will have most applications being pretty common and some will be odd, so we can use packages to deal with common 80% of those packages and simplifying our administration burden. We can do more jobs and train sales personnel easier.
