Leadership Principles & Developing an Effective Operating Plan

In this section, find the leadership training manual and an outline for the skills, and templates to operate a successful contracting firm. A basic “Operating Plan” is the combination of what a company needs to do to produce its profit (and cash flow), and HOW we intend to actually do it day to day. Not to be confused with a bank business plan to try and acquire funding, the operating plan is more focused, should be simpler, and essentially lays out the ideas and practices a company will use to repeat execution of its brand promise to clients. In short, it defines for all of us the business model of how we can print money. Process is the foundation of consistency, and consistency is the reason brands survive long term.
