Fundamentals of Administration in Contracting

Many small business owners do not adequately have a plan to manage administrative tasks inside the company. We are excellent at being entrepreneurs and didn’t adequately understand how much administrative task work would apply as part of operating a company. As we become larger, grow and accomplish more as a firm, we see the effects of not having developed a good administrative plan to handle the little details which can morph into larger problems later.
