Strategy 9: Suppliers Co-op or Marketing Monies

Suppliers vary their approach to distributing co-op from being tight, and policy driven to being rather generous to some who can promote a plan of attack to sell more and grow sales for THAT suppliers materials. Therein lies the key – having a plan and sharing that plan with your supplier.
