Step 1: Pre-Call & Post Call Process in Sales

The pre- and post-call sales processes are how we begin building rapport with a client and establishing trust. In the final steps, they are how we reaffirm that the buyer made the correct choice in choosing our company. The pre-call steps include areas such as lead coordination, an email with biography and information on our sales professionals and techs, as well as some detailed questions to learn social styles. And maybe most importantly, the pre-call includes a process to eliminate “one-legger” calls where all key decision-makers are not present. We also introduce financing options, define our timelines and set expectations for what we will do in the home with the clients.
