Individual Goal Setting & Tracking Processes by the Technicians

Service Technicians who want to earn more and improve their overall performance are no different than any other team member. That means that setting goals such as lead turnover, service agreements, accessory sales, indoor air quality or reducing callbacks are all components of aspiring, tracking and knowing the report card for how we are doing. In addition, a technician should set goals in areas that are beyond the business aspect.
